    My case is transfered to from NSC to CSC on 09/07, California Service center.

    I live in california, and my employer too in California.

    Do you guys know the Fate of CSC transfred people like us.Will they transfer back to NSC..

    Do you huys know any future cases like this wht we have current situation.

    Second H1B 3-year extension beyond original 6 years !
    My PD is May 30. 2006 (beat the Aug 2008 VB by a day!) from company "A", I-140 (EB2-I) approved
    Ported to company "B", I-140 (EB2-I) approved (premium - 2007)
    Company "B" filed for 1st 3-year H1B extension using AC21 as backup
    Filed for I-485: RD=Aug 2; ND=Sep 17
    Changed to company "C" 2 months back using AC21 (don't know details of documentation sent - handled by company "C" legal department)
    Company "C" filed for 2nd 3-year extension H1B using AC21as backup
    FP done in Oct 2007
    Used AP for Int'l travel 6 times for business trips.
    Soft LUDs in Dec 2007, Feb 2008
    Applied for EAD renewal in July 2008
    Applied for AP renewal in Aug 2008
    Waiting for I-485 approval ... No RFE yet

    Means if we ask for AC21 then they ask for this kind of details? Also What is the Probability they ask for these details. Now I have 2 more questions:

    1. if you are on H1 extension then you get new LCA at the time of H1 extension. If your current location and job are same as specified in the h1 extension LCA. (If you were working at wrong location at the time of first H1 but during the H1B extension you are working at the location specified in the LCA. Now how much is the possibility that they ask for the details for LCA Of the first H1B. Or tey look into only latest LCA).


    2. One more question: If your LCA shows the city name LA but you are actually not specific in LA city but you are in LA county then is that location considered to be correct OR this is still violation?

    If Birth Certificate issue by Indian consulate then it should be ok, as it is from consulate

    No, the birth certificate (issued by Indian Consulate) is not acceptable as this is based on the entry made in passport, not on the basis of registered date of birth.

    You need birth certificate issued by municipality of the district. If it is not in English, then it has to be translated in English and notorized for true translation.

    If we plan to send flowers, we should send them to the SAME place, same person, if a 100 different news stations receive these flowers, this would be of no consequence, the ideal person to send these to would be Bill O reiley, God (yea I invoke his name ;) knows that he loves to talk aout himself, and if you get him involved, and throw in the words like , "BUSH wanted us to be able to AOS", he is going to be all over it.

    initially I was mad, becasue I remembered the revised July 2007 visa bulletin that came out declaring a reversal. Since NSC is going slow, I thought that DOS has once again pulled back on the dates. Later on I realized that its a mistake by the thread owner and got pissed off, and finally all I can do is laugh on the entire brohaha. Can't decide if we should give red dots OR green dots to the thread owner

    Hi randlesl, welcome to Dphoto! In addition to the above, some cameras are just calibrated to underexpose. My D60 did that consistently. I think I shot everything at +2/3 exposure comp. Some lenses may contribute to that as well. To test that, try taking a shot outdoors in good light using the same target with both lens set to 70mm and f/5.6. If they come out looking alike, all is well. If the 28-80 comes out darker, experiment to see how much extra you need to dial in with that lens to get it looking like the other. Also try a few shots with the 28-80 lens on a tripod, or other sturdy rest. If the images come out sharp, then the blur is like what I get ... operator error. If they are still blurry, then the problem may be with that lens. From what you said, though, and as jliechty suggested, it may be from trying to follow moving targets in low light with a shutter speed that can't freeze the action.

    You can't take any pay check from other entity.( same owner does't mean same company- you may need to amend the petition, if you have diffrent job site with same pay check). You can take a part time H1B and work other site with diffrent pay check. If you have EAD (I-485 filed) you can take any pay check.

    Have a query in regard to the H1B Visa status. Would it be ok to work for a different branch of the same company, when my unit is not able to provide me with the required number of hours/week. I work for a hospital as a physcial therapist, and am having trouble maintaining the full time hrs, Other units of the same hospital are desperately in need of the therapists.(But working for them would be under different tax id and also would be a seperate pay check, but the same hospital though).

    Any answers would be highly appreciated.

    How many days did the response delayed?

    Is the decision by USCIS being taken before the response was reached?

    Or even after recieving the response USCIS has not considered the response. Did they specifically mention in the denial notice that the reason as delayed response?

    I guess, this would help analyse the situation

    Hello,

    My fiancee and I got married in India in May 2010 and have a marriage certificate. I came back in June 2010 to US and she stayed back in India. On August 8th 2010 my I-485 got approved. However we have not yet registered our marriage in US (however it is registered in India). Will this be a problem? Did we need to register our marriage in US prior to August 02 2010 for us to be able to file for her green card using derived status? Or is marriage registered in India fine.

    Its the simplest RFE you can get all you need to do is submit EVL ASAP. Dont worry for your spouse's application they are not going to approve the application till the dates get current. So you can add her at that time. The guess is they are pre-adjucating your application so that when visa# are available it will be smooth approval so cheer up.

    You don't need a "path to citizenship" to family reunification. Please do not link A-B and so C-D. They are totally two different issues.

    agree 100%..... aila tries to project that it represents immigrants..... aila actually doesn't represent immigrants..... it works for the benefit of its members ..... i.e. immigration lawyers...... most immigration benefit if more people like us are stuck in the system..... if there r more applicants..... & more people stuck in the system.... then more immigration lawyers will make more money...... so family unification which has nothing to do with path to citizenship..... somehow become related...... or even synonymous.... 3 cheers for representatives of "immigrations"........

    My answer might be a little too pessimistic but I actually filed an appeal for a denied LC in Sep 2006. and as of today I still haven't heard from them. we tried calling and emailing them but they keep asking us to wait and they will get to it.

    I had an RFE which they received on Feb 8th, still no response after 12 weeks.
    Is there anything to do here, or just wait and twiddle my thumbs?!
