Miley Cyrus slipped into a hot pink bikini and planted in the middle of the sun in Miami today - is that a new tattoo we mock? She talked about getting some ink with his brother and it looks like she could have gone to to "just breathe" written in italics. She put out by the pool and talked to her friend, who took a dip. Miley is still a teenager, but she is already asserting itself among the most bikini-loving ladies in Hollywood. Miley spent most of her 2009 on the stage performing his hits, and now the newly-17-year-old star has some down time before heading to England for a variety of shows this month.
